Netflix Remains a Takeover Target in Bid to Be Global

Netflix is aiming to offer services in 200 markets within the next two years, and is on course to be the first truly global pay-TV operator. It launched in Australia and New Zealand in March 2015, is securing local content for its new Japanese service and is available in over 50 countries. It has announced plans to launch in Italy, Portugal and Spain in October 2015.
