Services Will Be Early Indicator of Success in Nokia-Microsoft Deal

At Nokia's Capital Markets Day on 11 February 2011, CEO Stephen Elop announced a strategic partnership with Microsoft. Nokia will adopt Windows Phone 7 as its primary smartphone operating system, and will combine its Ovi services with Microsoft offerings such as Bing and Xbox Live. The two companies have yet to sign a final agreement.
