Motorola to acquire Good Technology boosting mobile messaging capability

Motorola has announced its intention to purchase wireless messaging, data access, and handheld security solution provider Good Technology for an undisclosed sum.

Good has previously worked with Motorola providing email support on Motorola’s Microsoft Windows Mobile based devices. It announced support for the MPx220 in July 2005 and more recently Motorola’s Q device.
