Mobile Network Operators Continue to Hunt for a Winning Music Experience

On 6 August 2008, Vodafone UK announced Vodafone Music, which features a downloadable client that lets users browse, search and preview music tracks before downloading them onto a mobile phone. In another music-related announcement the following day, O2 UK and Sony BMG unveiled My Play, a music store that features videos, full-track audio and realtones by selected artists on the Sony BMG label.
