Qualcomm held its second annual Uplinq conference on 1 and 2 June 2011 in San Diego. The event, which is aimed at developers, saw keynote presentations from Qualcomm's CEO, Paul Jacobs, HTC CEO Peter Chou, Nokia CEO Stephen Elop, and Jon Rubinstein, head of HP's Palm business unit.
